A Partnership Between Serve City & Central State University Extension
Program Overview Taking control of your health starts with what you put on your plate, but finding the time, budget, and resources to eat well can feel like an uphill battle. To help bridge that gap, Serve City is partnering with Central State University Extension to host a specialized Nutrition Education Lunch & Learn series designed specifically for residents and participants in our shelter and housing stability programs.
This program is tailored to meet you exactly where you are. Whether you are currently navigating life in the emergency shelter or transitioning into your own supportive housing, these workshops offer a supportive, community-centered environment to learn practical, everyday skills for a healthier lifestyle.
